<br /> PART II, Page | 29 <br /> <br /> <br />The following section contains pertinent information on how to complete the Prop 64 <br />Cohort 4 Grant Proposal Package. The proposal and all required attachments are <br />provided on the BSCC Prop 64 Grant homepage. <br /> <br />BSCC Submittable Application Portal <br />Applicants will complete the Prop 64 Cohort 4 application by accessing the BSCC <br />Submittable Application Portal (refer to Submittable Instructions beginning on page 3) and <br />responding to a series of prompts. <br /> <br />The Submittable Application Portal will not allow applicants to submit the narrative <br />sections until they comply with all character limit requirements. In addition, the <br />Submittable Application Portal will not allow applicants to submit their application wit hout <br />uploading all required document attachments. <br /> <br />Character Counter <br />The BSCC Submittable Application Portal includes an automatically enabled character <br />counter. This feature shows the number of characters used and the remaining number of <br />characters before the limit is met. Character limits include all letters/numbers, <br />punctuation, and spaces. <br /> <br />If the limit is exceeded, a red prompt will appear with the message "You have exceeded <br />the character limit." <br /> <br />Proposal Narrative and Budget / Rating Factors <br />Proposal Abstract <br />The applicant will be prompted to complete a proposal abstract, which should provide a <br />summary of the proposed project. This section will not be included in the rating of the <br />Proposal but will be posted to the BSCC website if the project is funded .
