<br /> PART II, Page | 30 <br /> <br />Proposal Rating Factors <br />The five (5) rating factors will be addressed in two separate parts, the Proposal Narrative <br />and the Project Budget, as shown in the table below: <br /> <br />Section Prop 64 Rating Factors Percent of <br />Total Value Addressed in: <br />1 Project Need 20% <br />Proposal <br />Narrative <br />2 Project Description 40% <br />3 Project Organizational Capacity <br />and Coordination 15% <br />4 Project Evaluation 15% <br />5 Project Budget 10% Separate Excel <br />Attachment <br /> <br />Proposal Narrative <br />Applicants will complete the Proposal Narrative by responding to a series of prompts once <br />inside the Submittable Application Portal. <br /> <br />The Proposal Narrative must address Rating Factors 1-4: the Project Need, Project <br />Description, Project Organizational Capacity and Coordination and Project Evaluation <br />sections, while aligning with the contents of the Project Budget Attachment (Rating Factor <br />5). Sources cited must be included within Proposal Narrative. <br /> <br />Within each section, address the Rating Criteria (found on the following pages) in a <br />cohesive, comprehensive narrative format.
