Page 6 of 11 <br />One (1) Skydio parachute attachment hardware unit; <br />Unlimited parachute repack services during the term of the plan; and <br />Replacement of the parachute attachment hardware as determined necessary by <br />Skydio in its sole discretion based on useful life, with <br />Fulfillment of repack or replacement service to be completed within 10 business <br />days subject to availability. <br />2. Customer Responsibilities and Return Conditions <br />You are responsible for: <br />Removing and reinstalling the parachute attachment on the drone in accordance <br />with Skydio's published instructions and recommendations. <br />Returning the replaced parachute hardware to Skydio within thirty (30) days of <br />shipment of the replacement unit. Skydio will provide a prepaid shipping label <br />and instructions for the return. <br />Retaining proof of shipment. If the returned hardware is not received by Skydio <br />within thirty (30) days, you may be charged the full replacement cost of the <br />parachute. <br />3. Exclusions Specific to Parachutes <br />In addition to the general Warranty Exclusions set forth above, the following exclusions <br />apply to parachute systems: <br />Normal wear and tear from deployment(s), including canopy deformation, <br />discoloration, or fraying, unless caused by a verified defect in materials or <br />workmanship; <br />Failure, malfunction, or damage caused by improper use, storage, or repacking, <br />or use outside of Skydio Guidelines; <br />Unauthorized modifications or repairs, including repacking by anyone other than <br />Skydio or a Skydio-authorized service provider; <br />Deployment in operational conditions outside those specified by Skydio, such as <br />excessive speed, altitude, or orientation; <br />Failure to follow inspection, maintenance, or service schedules as set forth in <br />Skydio Guidelines; <br />Use of the parachute system after the maximum number of deployments <br />recommended by Skydio, or after expiration of its useful life as determined by <br />Skydio. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026/Amend.
