Service Validation Requirements <br />Skydio may require telemetry logs, photos, or other data to validate parachute <br />deployments and determine eligibility for hardware replacement or repack service. <br />Skydio reserves the right to deny service or replacement if adequate documentation is <br />not provided or if use of the parachute system was inconsistent with Skydio Guidelines. <br />SPECIAL TERMS FOR DOCK MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR <br />Skydio's Limited Warranty does not apply to the Skydio Dock for X10 and the <br />corresponding Skydio Connect External Radio (collectively, the "Dock System"). <br />Instead, these special terms for the Dock System ("Dock Terms") govern Skydio's <br />preventative maintenance and as-needed repair services for the Dock System <br />("Services") of an eligible United States customer ("Customer"). These Dock Terms do <br />not constitute a warranty, and the Dock System is specifically excluded from Skydio's <br />Limited Warranty. <br />1. Scope, Eligibility, and Term <br />1.1 Scope. Skydio will provide the Services only for a specific Dock System at a specific <br />customer site location ("Site"), provided that: (a) the Services are purchased under an <br />applicable written agreement (including an Order Form for Dock Maintenance & Repair), <br />(b) the applicable service fee has been paid ("Service Fee"), (c) prior to deployment <br />Skydio has confirmed that the Site meets all required system, technical, and installation <br />requirements ("Site Requirements"), and (d) the parties have executed an <br />acknowledgment confirming satisfaction of the Site requirements and identifying any <br />Site-related risks. <br />1.2 Eligibility. The Dock System is eligible for the Services only if installed in <br />accordance with Dock System installation requirements by Skydio-authorized <br />technicians, Field Services teams, or other partners under a remote-support or self- <br />deployment model. Customer-installed Dock Systems are ineligible unless otherwise <br />agreed in writing by the parties. <br />1.3 Term. The Services begin on the delivery date of the Dock System at the Site <br />("Delivery Date") and continue for the term stated in the applicable written agreement <br />("Term"). The Term may be renewed before expiration, up to a maximum of five (5) <br />years from the Delivery Date per Dock System. The Services apply only to the specific <br />Dock System at the specific Site and are non-transferable without Skydio's prior written <br />consent. If the Dock System is relocated, Skydio may require reinspection or <br />redeployment, and the Services may be suspended until Skydio confirms installation <br />and readiness. <br />2.
