<br />RSLCROP 2025 Form EX A - SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS TEMPLATE FOR INFORMAL BIDDING ($100K) 12-04-25 <br />REV: 12-15-25 MI <br />Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Location: 399 Marine Pkwy, Redwood City, CA 94065 <br /> <br /> <br />Description: <br /> <br />Contractor shall: <br /> <br /> Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to: <br />o Complete removal and off-site disposal of existing operable wall panels and <br />track. <br />o Furnish and install the following Advanced Equipment Operable Partition: <br /> 1 Advanced Equipment Operable Partition at 24' - 2" x 10' - 5" Type <br />2EC13E1(1/8) using 7 Panels at 42.1", including (1) set of (3) Pieces <br />Acoustical Pocket Door. Panel finish to be Advanced Equipment <br />Corporation Standard P-Lam up to 35” AFF and Vinyl Above (City to <br />choose colors). See specification details in Appendix A. <br />o Furnish and install pressure sensitive safety mat, inside stacking closet. <br />o Perform preparations for recess floor tracks, including cutting of concrete floor, <br />setting of stainless-steel floor track, and grouting. <br /> <br /> Provide shop drawings for City approval prior to ordering any materials or performing any <br />work. <br /> <br />All Work must be carried out during regular City working days and hours unless otherwise <br />specified or authorized in writing by City.
