The Hearing Officer will draft the proposed decision <br />and submit it to ____. <br />The Relocation Appeal Hearing Officer’s decision is not the final decision. The City must decide <br />whether to reject the proposed decision or accept it as its own decision. When you receive a copy <br />of the proposed decision, you will be told when the City will make its decision. The City’s decision is <br />final once it has been given.
