REV: 04-02-26 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Task 1. Project Management, up to $8,420 Time and Materials (T&M) <br />Consultant shall provide for the overall management of the project. This task includes: <br />A. Schaaf and Wheeler will schedule and attend a formal project kick-of meeting with <br />the City following a Notice to Proceed. At this meeting, the City’s goals will be <br />discussed to ensure that proposed work meets City’s standards and to identify <br />known issues and concerns. Schedule as well as budget management and <br />tracking will be also discussed at this meeting. <br />B. Schaaf and Wheeler will provide management and internal QA/QC-Quality <br />Assurance and Quality Control design reviews for the duration of the project, <br />including attendance at three design review meetings and routine coordination with <br />the City. <br />C. Submittals of monthly invoices to the City with backup documentation. <br />Deliverables: digital copies of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. <br />Task 2. Document Collection and Planning, up to $6,420 Time and Materials (T&M) <br />Consultant shall provide the data needed to address key data gaps to complete <br />necessary tasks required for engineering design, and environmental permitting in this <br />project. This task includes: <br />A. Schaaf and Wheeler to compile and review all available information provided by <br />the City and other sources, including existing conditions information, library <br />photographic records, maintenance reports, record drawings/as-builts, and utility <br />mapping. <br />B. Schaaf and Wheeler to review the Bradford Bank Stabilization, Alternative Analysis <br />Report (October 24, 2025) and incorporate its findings into the design. <br />Deliverables: a concise list of data reviewed and an organized digital of project reference <br />files for the City. and the project team <br />Task 3. Surveying Services and Geotechnical Investigation, up to $34,855 Time and <br />Materials (T&M) <br />Consultant shall provide the surveying and geotechnical information needed to complete <br />engineering design in this project.
