For time spent over 8 hours in a day, time spent after 5 P.M., time spent on swing shifts, and time spent on Saturdays by field personnel, overtime rates will be charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate. Work on Sundays and holidays and work in excess of 12 hours in one day will be charged at 2.0 times the hourly rate. Field rates are based on a 48-hour notice. For less than 48-hour notice, a 10 percent surcharge will be added. All field personnel, vehicle and equipment charges are portal to portal. Reproduction of project documents will be charged as a project expense.
