REV: 03-31-26 LF <br />II. FEE <br />Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of an accurate invoice. Invoices will include the appropriate project <br />number, description and division. Invoices will either be emailed to pws-adminsupport@redwoodcity.org or mailed to: Public <br />Works Services Department, Attn: (Division Name), 1400 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063. The divisions are Drinking <br />Water, Recycled Water, and Wastewater. Invoices shall be issued separately for each division and once services are <br />completed for each sampling event. <br />Consultant will provide services on a per analysis basis, and fees will be based on actual samples tested per the below <br />schedule. <br />Prices are complete and include courier fees, EDT reporting, WaterTrax Reporting, labor, equipment, sample kits, materials, <br />handling, disposal, access to MyEOL, and other charges. Taxes will not be charged for these services.
