REV: 03-31-26 LF E. Electronic Data Transfer If providing analysis of drinking water, Consultant will submit regulatory results electronically to the SWRCB DDW through Electronic Data Transfer (EDT). F. Chain of Custody Procedures All samples to be analyzed by the Consultant will be accompanied by a chain of custody (COC) form. In the event COC information is in error or there is a question or clarification regarding information on the COC, Consultant will contact PWS immediately and prior to proceeding with the analysis. A completed copy of the COC, signed by Consultant, will accompany all sample reports. G. Analytical Report for Samples In addition to any electronic data transfer requirements, Consultant will email an electronic PDF copy of the sample analytical results to the project contact(s) associated with the account or sub-account. Separate accounts or sub-accounts will be based on the following PWS divisions: •Drinking Water •Recycled Water •Wastewater (includes: lagoons, creeks, sewer, soils) A copy of the associated COC form will be included with each report. The cost of these PDF reports is included in the unit cost for each analysis. Timely electronic reports of sample results must be provided to City staff. All analytical reports shall be provided by the Consultant within seven calendar days of completing the analysis. For drinking water samples that are collected weekly, Consultant shall deliver completed reports by the 5th of the following month in which they were collected in order for the City to submit monthly reports by the 10th to the SWRCB. The City may request expedited analyses and reporting as needed to meet regulatory reporting due dates. Consultant will be required to upload drinking water and recycled water sample results online to the City’s WaterTrax account. The PDF reports are separate and in addition to the WaterTrax and EDT reporting. H. Electronic Data Management Consultant will provide MyEOL, an electronic management tool which allows the City to: •Download project documentation: invoices, reports, EDDs, and COCs •Consolidate multiple sample events into one EDD report or Excel download •See project status updates for reports and other documents •See data trends by sample and analyte •Customize EDD creation ATTY/AGR.2026.087/Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater West, LLC(Laboratory Services) (Page 12 of 22)
