“we need to clear the issue of easement lines, so this comes from <br />Engineering in conjunction with Code Enforcement as it is an open <br />case with their office. … Once we know where the easement lines <br />are, we can then figure out whether or not the work you did (that <br />blocked the person gate) was within the easement or not… If the <br />work was not done in the easement, then you have nothing to fix <br />and that would give the green light to our office that we could go <br />ahead and fix the access [to] the culvert.
