<br /> Annual Action Plan <br />2026 <br />45 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021) <br />Planned Activities National Rebuilding Day is an annual, one-day home repair <br />program. NRD leverages the collaborative support of <br />volunteers, financial sponsors, and in-kind donations to <br />deliver major critical repairs to low-income homeowners <br />that lack the financial means and technical expertise to <br />address the repair issues plaguing their health and safety <br />10 Project Name Rebuilding Together Peninsula - Safe at Home <br />Target Area CityWide <br />Goals Supported Affordable Housing Preservation <br />Needs Addressed Creating Inclusive Communities w/Afford. Housing <br />Funding CDBG: $49,102 <br />Description RTP's Safe at Home program provides critical health and <br />safety related home repair needs for low-income <br />homeowners, including home safety modifications that allow <br />low-income seniors to safely age in place by eliminating the <br />threat of injury or accident, particularly from falling. This <br />project is eligible under 24 CFR 570.202 (a) (1) the CDBG <br />regulations. <br />Target Date 6/30/2027 <br />Estimate the <br />number and type of <br />families that will <br />benefit from the <br />proposed activities <br />The project will serve 5 households <br />Location <br />Description <br />841 Kaynyne Street, Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Planned Activities (1) Low-income homeowners have access to home repair <br />services that enable them to live in a dry, clean, ventilated, <br />pest-free, safe, contaminant-free and maintained home (the <br />7 Principles of Healthy Housing). <br />(2) Safety and health priorities identified in each home are <br />addressed. <br />(3) Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and <br />tools necessary to identify health and safety hazards.
