<br /> Annual Action Plan <br />2026 <br />44 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021) <br />Location <br />Description <br />3921 Bayshore Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94303 <br />Planned Activities CRC provides home repair services to Extremely Low Income <br />(ELI), Very Low Income (VLI) and Low Income (LI) residents <br />including those on a fixed income. The program objectives <br />are to provide 40 cost-effective minor home repair <br />improvements/repairs focusing on: health and safety, <br />housing quality standards, increasing energy/water <br />conservation, making more homes eligible for energy/water <br />weatherization improvements that would otherwise not be <br />completed, and/or access modifications. The program <br />services provided to eligible homes include (but are not <br />limited to): Attic insulation, Water heater wrapping, Carbon <br />monoxide/fire alarm inspections/installation, Repair/replace <br />heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC), Natural gas <br />appliance testing, Refrigerator replacement, Water leak <br />testing, Energy audits/concurrent energy education, Quality <br />control inspections, repair/replace doors, windows and <br />fences, and weatherization in the home. <br />9 Project Name Rebuilding Together Peninsula - National Rebuilding Day <br />Target Area CityWide <br />Goals Supported Affordable Housing Preservation <br />Needs Addressed Creating Inclusive Communities w/Afford. Housing <br />Funding CDBG: $44,656 <br />Description National Rebuilding Day (NRD) - Home Rehabilitation <br />program is a volunteer-driven home repair program that <br />brings approximately 1,500 volunteers together on behalf of <br />about 40 low-income homeowners each year.
