The project has been <br />awarded $18,000. <br />Target Date 6/30/2027 <br />Estimate the <br />number and type of <br />families that will <br />benefit from the <br />proposed activities <br />The project will serve 112 individuals. <br />Location <br />Description <br />295 North Access Road, South San Francisco, CA 94080 <br />Planned Activities Safe Harbor is a 90-bed homeless shelter located in South <br />San Francisco that provides both emergency and transitional <br />housing for homeless women and men 18 years and older <br />from San Mateo County. <br />8 Project Name Climate Resilient Communities Resilient Homes Minor Home <br />Repair Program <br />Target Area CityWide <br />Goals Supported Affordable Housing Preservation <br />Needs Addressed Creating Inclusive Communities w/Afford. Housing <br />Funding CDBG: $91,013 <br />Description Climate Resilient Communities provides extremely low, very <br />low, low and fixed income residents who do not typically <br />qualify for Energy Savings Assistance and electrification <br />benefits to receive energy and water conservation solutions, <br />as well as address de-carbonization, climate change, and <br />household safety.
