<br /> Annual Action Plan <br />2026 <br />42 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021) <br />Target Area CityWide <br />Goals Supported Basic Human Needs Services <br />Needs Addressed Sustain or Expand Human Services <br />Funding CDBG: $15,000 <br />Description The Sexual Abuse Services Program for Children and Youth <br />provides mental health services to address the multiple <br />healing needs of child survivors of sexual violence including: <br />crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, <br />advocacy, medical/legal and forensic accompaniment, and <br />information and referrals. This project is eligible under 24 <br />CFR 570.201 (e) the CDBG regulations. The project has been <br />awarded $15,000. <br />Target Date 6/30/2027 <br />Estimate the <br />number and type of <br />families that will <br />benefit from the <br />proposed activities <br />The project will serve 85 individuals. <br />Location <br />Description <br />1860 El Camino Real, Suite 406, Burlingame, CA 94010 <br />Planned Activities Rape Trauma Services (RTS) aims to help child abuse <br />survivors learn the skills needed to heal from sexual <br />violence, decrease the likelihood of developing Post- <br />Traumatic Stress Disorder and develop the tools to be <br />supportive of their healing. <br />RTS programs clearly matches HUD activities by providing <br />Basic Human Needs to Abused Children by creating a <br />violence free community by preventing violence and healing <br />those who have been traumatized.
