Online portal (preferred method) - More details on City’s website at <br />www.RedwoodCity.org/TPO <br /> <br />2. Email - housingrwc@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />3. Mail addressed to: <br />City of Redwood City <br />City Manager’s Office, Housing Division, <br />1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City CA 94063 <br /> <br />4. In-person at Redwood City Hall located at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br />CA 94063 during City Hall business bours. City Hall business hours can be found on <br />the City’s website at https://www.redwoodcity.org/about-the-city/contact-us <br />Chapter 7: Annual Reporting <br /> <br />1. City staff shall prepare and publish a report annually to provide certain data on the <br />implementation and administration of the TPO. This report shall contain a summary <br />of the following information, if available: <br /> <br />a) Number and types of notices of termination for no-fault received by the City <br /> <br />b) Number of relocation assistance applications (including number of approvals, <br />denials, appeals, and proof of payment from landlords) <br /> <br />c) Number of Fair Rate of Return Appeals <br /> <br />d) Amount of costs incurred by City for implementation <br /> <br />e) Amount of Administrative Fees collected from landlords <br /> <br />2. City staff shall post the report for the preceding calendar year on the City’s website <br />by April 1.
