City will date stamp all appeals received and the date stamp will be <br />the definitive determination of the submission date to the City. <br /> <br />ii. Please allow sufficient time for mail to be received by deadline. <br /> <br />g. City will review the appeal, and the City Manager will provide a determination <br />on the appeal within 30 business days of receipt of the written appeal. <br /> <br />h. Notice of the City’s determination on the appeal will be sent to the tenant and <br />landlord by mail with a courtesy copy by email. <br /> <br />i. The determination of the City Manager shall be the final decision of the City <br />and is not subject to administrative review or appeal. <br /> <br />j. Failure to appeal in writing within the prescribed time constitutes a waiver of <br />the right to appeal. <br /> <br />4.
