Comments to the alternative mitigation strategy must be submitted <br />through one of the following methods: <br /> <br />1. City of Redwood City <br />Attn: Housing Division <br />1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City CA 94063 <br /> <br />3. In person at City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA <br />94063 during City Hall business hours. City Hall business hours <br />can be found on the City’s website at <br />https://www.redwoodcity.org/about-the-city/contact-us. <br />Appeals will only be accepted during this time. <br />ii. Failure to submit comments within this timeline waives a tenant’s <br />right to comment on the alternative mitigation strategy. <br /> <br />e. The Assistant City Manager or their designee shall approve or deny the <br />alternative mitigation strategy proposal within 30 business days after the <br />tenant comment period has expired and the City shall notify the landlord and <br />tenant(s) of this decision within 7 days of the decision. <br /> <br />f. The landlord or tenants may appeal any decision of the Assistant City Manager <br />or their designee to the City Manager within 14 days after notice is provided. <br /> <br />i. The appeal must be filed with the City Clerk’s Office on the appeal form <br />provided by the City through one of the following methods: <br />1.
