These <br />funds will pay for operation costs of a shelter for victims of domestic violence. $15,000 – CDBG <br />Safe Harbor Shelter: Samaritan House, 295 North Access Road, South San Francisco. These funds will be used <br />to support operating costs for an emergency shelter for homeless individuals. $18,000 – CDBG <br />Spring Street Shelter: Mental Health Association, 2686 Spring Street, Redwood City.
