This priority is to sustain or expand <br />the high level of basic human needs services for extremely low-, very low-, low- and <br />moderate-income persons and households including but not limited to childcare, <br />mental health and substance abuse services. <br />Basis for Priority Basic human needs services were identified as a high priority in the needs assessment <br />and through citizen participation. <br />PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES <br />Domestic Violence Legal Services: Bay Area Legal Aid, 1048 El Camino Real, Suite A, Redwood City. These funds <br />will be used to support legal services for victims of domestic violence. $25,000 – CDBG <br />Sexual Assault Services for Children: Rape Trauma Services, 1860 El Camino Real, Suite 406, Burlingame.
