Review the Annual Military Equipment Use Report for 2025; <br />2. Waive the first reading and introduce the ordinance readopting the Military <br />Equipment Use Policy; and <br />3. Contingent upon adoption of the Military Equipment Use Policy, approve and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year First Amendment to the Purchase <br />Agreement for Goods, Commodities, and Services with Axon, in an amount not to <br />exceed $3,700,000 over the five-year term, for a revised total contract amount not to <br />exceed $5,919,329, to provide a comprehensive hardware and service package that <br />modernizes and better integrates Department technologies, including replacement <br />and maintenance of BWC, unlimited digital evidence storage and management through <br />Evidence.com, expansion of the Department’s UAS program, implementation of a real- <br />time information platform (Fusus Pro+), and deployment of airspace monitoring and <br />drone detection infrastructure. <br />The motion passed unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />10. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> <br /> 10.A. City Council Member Report of Meetings and Conferences Attended - None <br /> <br /> 10.B. City Council Committee Reports - None <br /> <br /> 10.C. City Manager (Oral) Update - None <br /> <br />11. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> 11.A. Closed session regarding 1) existing litigation pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision <br />(d) of California Government Code Section 54956.9; and 2) labor negotiations pursuant <br />to California Government Code Section 54957.6 <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />At 9:59 p.m., the City Council convened Closed Session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION <br /> <br />Litigation has been initiated formally pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of <br />California Government Code Section 54956.9. <br /> <br />Name of Cases: William Cagno v.
