Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with <br />Ghirardelli Associates, Inc. for on-call Construction Management and Inspection Services <br />to support the 2026-2027 Pavement Program projects not-to-exceed the amount of <br />$750,000; and <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with <br />Zoon Engineering, Inc., for on-call Construction Management and Inspection Services to <br />support the 2026-2027 Pavement Program projects not-to-exceed the amount of <br />$750,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.K. Approve Side Letters of Agreement with the Service Employees International Union <br />Local 521 (“SEIU”) (906) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion: <br />1. Approve the Side Letter of Agreement between the City and SEIU regarding Uniforms; <br />and <br />2. Approve the Side Letter of Agreement between the City and SEIU regarding Safety <br />Shoes and Boots. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.L. Agreement for Services with Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater West, LLC to <br />provide laboratory services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for <br />Services with Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater West, LLC to provide as-needed <br />laboratory services in an amount not to exceed $110,000 for a one-year term and <br />authorize City Manager with an option to extend the agreement for two additional two- <br />year terms in an amount not to exceed $229,999 for the first extension and $244,006 for <br />the second extension through 2031 for a potential aggregate contract amount not to <br />exceed $584,005. <br />
