Agreement for Services with Western Truck Fabrication, Inc. in the amount of $360,300 <br />for supply of vehicle service-body fabrication services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for <br />Services with Western Truck Fabrication, Inc. in the amount of $360,300 for the supply <br />of vehicle service-body fabrication services until completion of services. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.N. Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Services with William R. Gray and Company DBA <br />Gray-Bowen-Scott for project delivery services through construction completion for <br />the State Route 84 (Woodside Road) / U.S. 101 Interchange Reimagined Project, a <br />major highway infrastructure project (304) <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the <br />Agreement for Services with William R. Gray and Company DBA Gray-Bowen-Scott (GBS) <br />extending their agreement by four years to June 30, 2030 and adding Phase II services <br />for the Project in an amount not to exceed $3,750,920 for project delivery services <br />through construction, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $7,422,133. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.O. Amendment No. 9 to Agreement for Services with CherryRoad Technologies to extend <br />maintenance and support services and for an additional three years of Oracle Fusion <br />ERP and HCM Cloud Services and Support at an annual rate of $525,755, or $1,577,265 <br />over three years, for a total contract term of approximately ten years and a total <br />contract amount of $8,805,421 (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion: <br />1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 9 to the <br />Agreement for Services with CherryRoad Technologies to update Oracle Fusion ERP and <br />HCM cloud licensing and support terms to implement the negotiated three-year Oracle <br />Cloud Services Ordering Document, extending the agreement to May 31, 2029, and
