REV: 06-12-26 VR <br />• Develop agenda template for DM and monthly meetings <br />• Identify performance metrics / create progress benchmarks <br />• Draft conflict escalation process <br />Summer 2026 will focus on refinement and formal adoption. The performance metrics <br />and accountability framework will be finalized and approved by Decision-Makers. This <br />time period will also serve as a pre-fall alignment period. Updated governance structures, <br />communication protocols, and accountability systems will be shared across agencies in <br />preparation for Fall 2026 implementation to ensure all partner organizations enter the new <br />school year aligned and informed. Summer 2026 includes: <br />•Finalize performance metrics & Accountability framework <br />•Present Conflict Escalation Draft <br />•Share and update information for fall 2026 <br />Fall 2026 will focus on the implementation and provide opportunity for Mid-Cycle <br />Adjustment. Facilitated sessions will examine whether the governance structure is <br />functioning as designed. Partners will examine if issues are being elevated appropriately? <br />Are DMs receiving actionable information? And are performance indicators producing <br />clarity? This allows the collaborative to shift from reactive problem-solving to adaptive <br />governance. During this period, the Collaborative will: <br />•Review program implementation updates <br />•Monitor performance benchmarks <br />•Identify emerging operational or relational challenges <br />•Make adjustments as needed session <br />Winter 2026-(early) 2027 will focus on evaluation and forward planning. It will culminate <br />in a partner year-end performance summary by the Big 5 collaborative outlining <br />recommendations and confirming next steps for continued collaboration. Partners will: <br />Assess effectiveness of the governance framework <br />•Gather feedback from DM and line-level staff <br />•Evaluate if and how the escalation pathway was used <br />•Identify areas of strength and areas needing refinement <br />•Determine what should remain unchanged <br />•Assess overall partnership health and continuation for 2027 <br />III.
