REV: 05-28-26 MI Exhibit B Payment Terms For Year Up United reference only – link to Opportunity Record: https://yearup.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/OpportunityLineItem/00kQQ00000TwjFNYAZ/view Program Service Fee: Internship Partner agrees to take 1 Interns for a fee of $32000 (“Total Fee”) during the Internship Period. The Total Fee is inclusive of the educational Stipend provided to the Interns at an amount of $525/week. Internship Period: The Internship period is July 24, 2026 (“Internship Start Date”) to January 22, 2027 (“Internship End Date”). Payment Terms: An invoice for fifty percent (50%) of the Total Fee will be sent within 30 days of the Internship Start Date. A second and final invoice for fifty percent (50%) of the Total Fee will be sent within 90 days of the Internship Start Date. Internship Partner will submit payment no later than 30 days after receipt of invoice from Year Up United. In the unlikely event that an Intern leaves the program prior to the anticipated end date of the Internship, Year Up United will apply a pro rata credit to the account, based on the number of weeks completed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Intern’s early departure results from Internship Partner hiring the Intern, then (a) the Total Fee for that Intern will be immediately due and payable in full, and (b) Year Up United will apply a pro rata credit of that amount for the Stipend based on the number of weeks completed.
