REV: 05-28-26 MI <br />Exhibit A <br />Internship Logistics <br />Year Up United Contacts: <br />Account Manager Lisa Boyars Jackson <br />Placement Success <br />Contact Bree Davidson <br />Corporate Engagement <br />Lead Allan John Alday <br />Intern Hours and Out of Office Activities: <br />Working Hours <br />Hours are assigned by the direct supervisor <br />Hours should occur between 8am-6pm, and should not exceed 36 per week <br />If additional or odd hours are required please contact Year Up United <br />Wednesday Schedule <br />The Intern is required to attend a Year Up United class every Wednesday <br />Please allow the Intern to arrange their schedule as needed to be on time for their <br />class each Wednesday <br />All Day Sessions and <br />Year Up United Special <br />Activities <br />There may be one or two all day class sessions scheduled during the Internship <br />Partners will be notified of any other special activities via e-mail 7-10 days in advance <br />Timesheets The Intern must complete a Year Up United timesheet every week by COB on Friday. <br />The timesheet must be reviewed and approved electronically on Monday by 12pm <br />Emergency Days Three emergency days are allowed during the Internship based on approval and <br />notification guidelines below <br />Request to use an <br />Emergency Day in <br />advance <br />The Intern must request time off one week in advance from the Year Up <br />United Internship Services Contact <br />All requests for time off will be reviewed on a case by case basis <br />After notification and approval from Year Up United, the Intern may request time <br />off to the supervisor <br />The supervisor may approve or deny the Intern’s request <br />Year Up United may follow up with you to discuss special situations <br />Using an Emergency <br />Day due to sickness or <br />emergency <br />The Intern must call his/her supervisor and his/her Year Up United <br />Internship Services Contact immediately when out sick or in a case of <br />an emergency <br />Year Up United will follow up with the supervisor to confirm they received <br />notification <br />Year Up United will follow up with the Intern to understand the situation – <br />documentation may be required <br />Tardiness The Intern must call his/her supervisor if he/she will be late <br />If more than 30 minutes late, Intern must also call the Internship Services Contact <br />Manager Feedback: <br />Performance Year Up United will send out an electronic survey to each supervisor two times during <br />the Internship to track the performance of the Intern <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.132/Year Up United (Internship Agreement FY 26-27) (Page 4 of 5)
