REV: 05-28-26 MI <br />$500,000. Year Up United represents and warrants that Interns are covered under Year Up United’s Professional <br />Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance policies. The Worker’s Compensation policy shall contain an <br />endorsement stating that the insurer waives any right to subrogation against the Internship Partner, its officers, agents, <br />employees, and volunteers. <br />9. General. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other agreements or <br />understandings, either written or oral. <br />10. YUPRO – Year Up United Professional Services. <br />Year Up United Professional Resources, PBC (www.yupro.com<http://www.yupro.com>) is a staffing firm wholly <br />owned by Year Up United which provides placement services to corporate partners around the country and ongoing <br />support to students. Because YUPRO serves Year Up United graduate and alumni exclusively, and provides valuable <br />financial support for Year Up United, we encourage our partners to consider an engagement with YUPRO as the <br />preferred vendor for our graduates and alumni placements.
