Adopt a local ordinance (as included in this staff report as Attachment B) to exclude sites with only <br />locally designated historic resources from SB 79 compliance until one year after adoption of the 7th <br />Cycle Housing Element. <br />3. Adopt a local ordinance (as included in this staff report as Attachment C) to exclude all currently <br />eligible sites from SB 79 compliance until one year after the adoption of the 7th Cycle Housing <br />Element. <br />4.
