Page 3 of 7 <br />7.C.Housing and Human Concerns Committee (HHCC) Fiscal Year 2026-27 funding <br />recommendations for Redwood City Human Services Financial Assistance <br />(HSFA) Program <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve funding recommendations for the Human Services Financial <br />Assistance Program as delineated in Attachment A and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute funding agreements and all related documents to effectuate <br />the funding recommendations delineated in Attachment A. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.D.Agreement for Professional Services with Schaaf & Wheeler Consulting Civil <br />Engineers, Inc. for design of the Carson Potable Water Pump Station <br />Replacement Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for <br />Professional Services with Schaaf & Wheeler Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of <br />San Francisco, California, in an amount not to exceed $657,095 for the <br />preparation of plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate, and for consulting <br />services during bidding and construction for the Carson Potable Water Pump <br />Station Replacement Project. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.E.Award a one-year agreement for the On-Call Concrete or Asphalt Repair and <br />Replacement Project to Bay Area Paving Co. in an amount not to exceed <br />$800,000 to support the as-needed replacement of concrete sidewalks and <br />asphalt pavement in the City’s right of way <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the On-Call Concrete or <br />Asphalt Repair and Replacement Project to Bay Area Paving Co. through 2027 in <br />an amount not to exceed $800,000. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 2.
