Page 4 of 7 <br />7.F.Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with Government Finance Officers <br />Association (GFOA) to extend the term and increase compensation for <br />continued Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) assessment and implementation <br />assistance services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Agreement for Services with Government Finance Officers Association <br />(GFOA) to extend the agreement term for an additional three years, for a total <br />contract term of November 1, 2024, through October 31, 2030, and increase the <br />compensation by $275,000 for continued assessment, implementation <br />assistance, and related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support services, for <br />a total contract amount not to exceed $435,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.G.First amendment to Subdivision Improvement Agreement, partial acceptance <br />of improvements, bond reduction for the Elco Yards development project, and <br />authorization to execute license agreements with the Peninsula Corridor Joint <br />Powers Board <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the First <br />Amendment to the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for the South Main <br />Mixed-Use Project (Except Parcel F); <br />2. By motion, accept the completed construction improvements for the Elco <br />Yards development and authorize fifty percent release of the bonds in <br />accordance with the Amended Subdivision Improvement Agreement; and <br />3.
