Direct staff to retain the existing plan area boundary for the GDAP <br />effort and continue to implement the existing project scope of work. <br />2.GDAP Boundary Expansion. Direct staff to expand the plan area boundary for the GDAP effort, to <br />draft an amended scope of work and budget for the project, and to return to City Council for approval <br />of the amended scope and budget. <br />3.Strategic Initiatives. Direct staff to pursue one or more of the following: <br />a.Targeted Mobility Projects. Select specific mobility projects from Table 3 of this staff report <br />and direct City staff to include them in an update to the Transportation Project List within a <br />future CIP. <br />b.RWC Walk Bike Thrive Update. Direct staff to update the RWC Walk Bike Thrive Plan with <br />recommendations from the GDAP effort. <br />c.Economic Vitality Strategy Inclusion. Direct staff to include the potential GDAP expansion <br />area as a focus area in the upcoming Economic Vitality Strategy. <br />d.Community Plan. Direct staff to evaluate options to draft a Community Plan for the area east <br />of Woodside Road, including development of a possible project scope and budget. <br />If the City Council is interested in pursuing any of the approaches identified in Item 3 above, the City <br />Council may direct staff to return prior to the end of the calendar year with a proposed work plan outlining <br />the scope, timeline, staffing needs, and estimated budget for the selected initiative(s).
