The expanded scope will
reimagine the added area as a mixed-use district and integrate it fully into the GDAP.
The additional work includes expansion of the GDAP boundary; completion of an existing
conditions analysis for the added area; development and testing of alternative concepts;
preparation of a plan framework and policies specific to the expanded area; expanded
community and stakeholder engagement; and completion of the Environmental Impact Report
(EIR) covering the enlarged Plan Area.
This expanded scope will require additional services from WRT and the following
subconsultants:
i. Economic Planning Systems
ii. Arup (transportation, resilience, and civil engineering)
iii. Alta Planning (formerly CHS)
iv. Nuestra Casa
v.
