Because this item is on the consent calendar, this section indicates <br />assessment process, not findings. The anticipated impact of this action has been assessed in the following <br />ways: <br />Reviewed from similar or relevant past program or policy in Redwood City <br />Reviewed data related to a standard or emerging best practice <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no impact to the General Fund associated with this contract. The Project is budgeted in the Water <br />Capital Projects Fund 686 – Pump Station and Tank Rehabilitation Program 84079. The recommended <br />action authorizes design services and engineering consulting services during the construction phase. The <br />construction cost and associated schedule will be determined during the design phase. Once design is <br />complete and funding is available for construction, staff will return to the City Council for approval of a <br />construction contract. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15378, because the award of a design services contract has no potential to result in <br />either a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
