Expand the plan area boundary for the GDAP effort, draft an amended <br />scope of work and budget for the project, and return to City Council for <br />approval of the amended scope and budget, or; <br /> c. Pursue one or more strategic initiatives to: <br /> i. Select specific mobility projects for inclusion in an update to the <br />Transportation Project List within a future CIP; <br /> i. Update the RWC Walk Bike Thrive Plan with recommendations from the <br />GDAP effort; <br /> iii. Include the potential GDAP expansion area as a focus area in the <br />upcoming Economic Vitality Strategy, and/or; <br /> iv.
