Because this item is on the consent calendar, this section indicates <br />assessment process, not findings. The anticipated impact of this policy, program, or action has been <br />assessed in the following way: <br />ď‚·Relevant data not currently available <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Approval of Amendment No. 1 would increase the total agreement amount by $275,000, for a revised <br />total contract amount not to exceed $435,000 through October 31, 2030. <br />Description Amount <br />Original Agreement $160,000 <br />Proposed Amendment $275,000 <br />Total Agreement $435,000 <br />Funding for continued ERP assessment and implementation support services is incorporated in the FY <br />2026-27 Approved Budget. If additional funding is required to implement future ERP recommendations <br />or system changes, staff will return to the City Council with separate budget and contract requests as <br />necessary. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may consider the following alternatives: <br />7.F. - Page 4 of 20 <br />82
