FEES <br />City will pay the Consultant on a per-task basis upon receipt of the invoice as described <br />below, which includes any necessary travel and expenses incurred by the Consultant staff <br />to complete the tasks. <br />Consultant will invoice for the following fixed-fee deliverables upon City acceptance of <br />each deliverable, pursuant to Section 2, Compensation.
