REV: 06-22-26 VR <br />Fees <br />Consultant shall provide the Services outlined above on an hourly basis delineated below. Fees <br />for services provided shall not exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). <br />Consultant will invoice the City at hourly rates described below: <br />Principal $305 <br />Director $295 <br />Senior Associate $250 <br />Associate $205 <br />Senior Analyst $185 <br />Analyst $170 <br />Research Assistant $145 <br />Technician $120 <br />Clerical $100 <br />Consultant will not charge the City for travel or mileage (except direct costs related to field <br />work/surveys), parking, standard telephone/fax expenses, general postage, or incidental copies. <br />Consultant will charge for messenger services, overnight shipping/express mail costs and <br />teleconferencing services. Consultant will also charge for copies of reports, documents, notices, <br />and support material more than five (5) copies. These costs are charged back at the actual <br />expense plus a 10% surcharge. <br />Consultant will issue monthly invoices as outlined in Section 6.1 of this Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.144/RSG, Inc.
