<br />Commission for 3 full-term seats expiring May 31, 2030:

<br />Motion and second, Gee and Chu to use of the current Board, Commission,
<br />and Committee (BCC) applicant pool to fill any additional vacancies on the
<br />above listed BCCs that may occur between now and January 31, 2027, passed
<br />unanimously by electronic vote.

<br /> 10.A. Discuss Senate Bill (SB) 707, "The Brown Act Modernization Act", and adopt
<br />the Brown Act Meeting Technology Disruption Policy as recommended by the
<br />City Council’s Governance Sub-Committee (301) Policy 26-01

<br />

<br />Recommendation:
<br />1. By motion, adopt the Brown Act Technology Disruption Policy as
<br />recommended by the Governance Sub-Committee; and
<br />2. Receive update and provide individual Council member feedback on key
<br />aspects of SB 707 considered by the Governance Sub-Committee related to
<br />virtual meeting participation requirements, agenda translation, remote
