Initiation of general vacation proceeding of a portion of Spring Street between <br />Main Street and Walnut Street in accordance with the Development <br />Agreement between the City of Redwood City (“City”) and 1900 Broadway <br />Owner, LLC (“Developer”), and notice of setting time and place for public <br />hearing of the street vacation, pursuant to California Streets and Highways <br />Code, commencing Section 8320 (304) Reso 16418 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution of intent to vacate the public street being a portion of <br />Spring Street; <br />2. Set a public hearing on the matter for July 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.; and <br />3. Direct the City Clerk to publish and post notice of said hearing in accordance <br />with state law. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Environmental Impact Report, consistent with Public Resources Code Section <br />21083.3 and CEQA Guidelines Sections 15168 and 15183. <br /> <br /> 7.H.
