Hold a public hearing; 2. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution adopting the Budget of the City of Redwood City for Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 and providing for the appropriation and expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget; 3. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution approving and adopting the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for the period of Fiscal Year 2026-27 through Fiscal Year 2030-31; 4. By motion of the Successor Agency Board, adopt a Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency resolution adopting the Budget of the Successor Agency for Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 and providing for the appropriation and expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget; and 5. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution amending the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan to establish the new flexibly- staffed classification for Chief Assistant City Attorney and update the job description for Assistant City Attorney/Senior Assistant City Attorney including renaming to Assistant City Attorney/Senior Assistant City Attorney/Chief Assistant City Attorney.
