Amendment Template Version May 2021 Page 2 <br />REV: 06-26-26 MI <br />future escalation begin each July 1 upon mutual written agreement by the Parties. <br />3.1 Compensation: For services rendered, City shall pay County total compensation of <br />THRITY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS <br />($30,421), allocated as follows: <br />Initial Term: Year 1 PAYMENT: $15,000 for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, <br />2026. <br />Additional Term: Year 2 Payment $15,421 for the period of July 1, 2026, through June <br />30, 2027. <br />This increase of compensation for Year 2 is calculated by applying the percentage <br />increase in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI- <br />W) using data obtained from US Bureau of Labor Statics website. <br />3.2 Invoicing: County will submit a bi-annual invoice to City for Year two (2) services by <br />September 15th, 2026, for 50% of the stated and amended cost in section 3.1. County <br />will submit 2nd invoice by April 15, 2027, for the remainder of the total stated in section <br />3.1. City will provide County with the address of the designated recipient for invoices. <br />Invoice Installment Payments: Services Rendered July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 <br />1st Installment $7,710.50 payable September 15, 2026 <br />2nd Installment $7,710.50 payable April 15, 2027 <br />2.Section 4 of the agreement is amended to read as follows: <br />4. Term <br />This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027. <br />If approval of this Agreement is delayed past the commencement date due to <br />extenuating circumstances, this Agreement shall take effect on the date services by the <br />County commence. <br />3.All other terms and conditions of the agreement dated July 1, 2025, between the City <br />and County shall remain in full force and effect. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026/Amend.
