REV: 06-03-26 MI <br />This Agreement does not include any additional services that are not specifically <br />enumerated herein. The Agreement assumes Consultant will not be a part of any <br />enforcement action, appeal, arbitration, or civil litigation resulting from the findings of <br />a background investigation. Cost for <br />expedited investigations are available upon request. <br />2 Applicable to pre-screening through Guardian platform only. <br />3 Applicable to unfinished investigations where applicant is disqualified or <br />process is terminated by client. Investigations completed at a minimum of 50% <br />will be billed at the full background rate.
