Possession of, or ability to obtain a valid California Driver’s License. <br />WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS <br />Essential duties require the following physical abilities and work environment: Must <br />possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, <br />including a computer; occasionally travel to and from job sites to conduct inspections as <br />needed; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and <br />speech to communicate in person, and over the telephone. This is primarily a <br />sedentary office classification although traveling to job sites, standing for prolonged <br />periods and walking between work sites is occasionally required.
