ATTY/RESO.0051/CC RESO CONDITIONALLY VACATING SPRING STREET SEGMENT (PURCHASE AND SALE AGR) <br />REV: 07-21-26 MI <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />relocated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and, (3) a permit has been issued by <br />the City for the demolition of the Spring Street Segment. <br /> <br />Section 7. Upon notification from the City Attorney and City Engineer of the <br />satisfactory completion of the conditions in Section 6 above, the City Clerk shall cause a <br />certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the County of San Mateo Recorder’s <br />Office. <br /> <br />Section 8. The City Council approves the Purchase Agreement attached as <br />Exhibit 2 and directs the City Manager to execute the Purchase Agreement, subject to <br />approval of the City Attorney as to form. <br /> <br />Section 9. This resolution, as it pertains to Section 8 above, shall become <br />effective immediately upon adoption. All other provisions of this resolution shall become <br />effective only as noted in Section 7 above. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />* * * <br />
