Amended and Restated Affordable Housing Plan <br />1900 Broadway Project <br />To: Patrick Heisinger, City Manager <br />From: Lane Partners and Eden Housing <br />Re: Amended and Restated Affordable Housing Plan for Land Donation of Substitute Site – 705 <br />Veterans Blvd. – to Satisfy 1900 Broadway Project Affordable Housing Ordinance Requirements <br />Date: Revised July 1, 2026 <br />I.Overview <br />Lane Partners (“Lane”) and Eden Housing (“Eden”) are pleased to present this “Amended and <br />Restated Affordable Housing Plan” for Lane’s previously approved 7-story, 92-feet tall, <br />approximately 256,205 gross square foot mixed-use commercial office building with approx. 244,430 sq. <br />ft. of office (including 6,130 sf of utility rooms), 10,060 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space, 12,085 sq. ft. <br />public plaza and approximately 1,715 sq. ft for a community room and storage space, 538 parking spaces <br />and 127 bicycle spaces at 1900 Broadway (“Lane Project”).
