AREA AND LOCATION REQUIREMENTS OF STABLE, ETC.: <br />Horses, cows, goats or sheep may be kept and maintained subject to the following general area and <br />location requirements: <br />A. The minimum lot area upon which any horse, cow, goat or sheep may be kept shall be one acre, and <br />two (2) horses, cows, goats, or sheep may be kept on such a parcel. <br />B. The minimum distance of any stable building from any neighboring house shall be one hundred feet <br />(100′). <br />C. The minimum distance of any stable building from the neighboring property line shall be forty feet <br />(40′). <br />D. The minimum distance of any corral from the neighboring property line shall be twenty-five feet <br />(25′). <br />E. The minimum distance of any stable building from the residence on the same lot shall be forty feet <br />(40′). <br />F. One additional horse, cow, goat or sheep may be kept on each acre in addition to the one acre <br />minimum subject to the requirements of the Planning Commission in each case. <br />G. The minimum distance of any stable building from any street line shall be seventy-five feet (75′). <br />[Sections 5.51– 5.52 are unchanged] <br />CHAPTER 15 – SMOKING REGULATIONS <br />ARTICLE I. – IN GENERAL <br />Sec. 15.2. DEFINITIONS: <br />The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this Chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to <br />them in this Section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: <br /> [All other definitions included in this section are to remain the same.] <br /> <br />MULTI-UNIT RESIDENCE: Property containing two (2) or more units, including, but not limited to, duplexes, <br />apartment buildings, condominium complexes, senior and assisted living facilities, and long-term health <br />care facilities. Multi-unit residence does not include the following: <br />A. A hotel or motel that meets the requirements of California Civil Code Section 1940, subdivision <br />(b)(2); <br />B. A mobile home park; <br />C. A campground; <br />D. A marina or port; <br />E. A single-family home, except if used as a child care or health care facility subject to licensing <br />requirements; and <br />F. A single-family home with a detached or attached in-law or second accessory dwelling unit <br />permitted pursuant to California Government Code Sections 66310-66339.5 65852.1, 65852.2
