Required open space may be designed so as to be accessible to the <br />public, in addition to residents of a residential or mixed-use project. Quasi-public open space <br />shall be accessible and fully visible from the public right-of-way. Quasi-public open space shall <br />be located in front of buildings, and shall not be located where views of the space from the <br />public right-of-way would be obstructed by buildings or other structures. The provision of <br />quasi-public open space may be required at the discretion of the responsible review authority. <br />[Sections 54.4.C - 54.4.F are unchanged] <br /> <br />54.5 Sidewalk, Setback, and Landscaping Regulations. <br />A.
