REV: 07-07-26 MI 2. KEY PROJECT PERSONNEL Consultant shall assign the following personnel to perform the Services for the duration of the Agreement. Consultant shall not reassign or replace key personnel without prior written approval of the City’s Public Works Facilities Superintendent. COMPENSATION 3.1 Fee City shall pay Consultant a not-to-exceed amount of Thirty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($32,425) for full and complete performance of all Services described in Section 1 of this Exhibit, inclusive of all labor, expenses, and reimbursables. 3.2 Fee Breakdown by Key Personnel The following table reflects the billable hours and rates for Consultant’s key personnel to complete the Services. In no event shall Consultant bill the City for hours in excess of the total hours listed below. Any use of contingency fees will require prior written approval from the City’s Public Works Facilities Superintendent and shall be billed on an hourly basis at the appropriate Billing Rate listed below.
