REV: 07-07-26 MI <br />1.2 Design Coordination and Cost Estimate <br />1. Review and validate electrical and mechanical design strategies for alignment with <br />defined requirements and redundancy objectives. <br />2. Develop preliminary design drawings showing the layout of the Server Room, <br />including placement of racks, cabinets, overhead electrical and cabling <br />distribution, and cold/hot aisle containment. All drawings shall be completed in <br />AutoCAD. The City shall provide Computer Aided Design backgrounds. <br />3. Create a high-level milestone schedule. Identify risks and long-lead time items. <br />4. Develop a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgetary cost estimate for Server <br />Room build-out and fit-up. <br />5. Review schematic design and budget with the City to receive feedback for final <br />documents. <br />1.3 Assumptions and Exclusions <br />Consultant responsibilities and Scope: <br />1. All work described herein shall be performed during normal business hours, <br />Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />2. The scope of Services is based on two (2) on-site existing-conditions visits by <br />Consultant. Additional visits, if required, shall be authorized in writing by the City <br />and may be subject to additional cost. <br />City Responsibilities: <br />3. The City shall provide all available as-built documentation and equipment <br />inventories, and shall coordinate Consultant's site access, in advance of the <br />applicable site visits. <br />4. The City shall engage a licensed electrician, directly and at its own cost, to perform <br />any required electrical load readings, panel verification, or energized field <br />measurements. <br />Exclusions: <br />5. Electrical load readings, panel verification, energized field measurements, and any <br />other energized electrical work are expressly excluded from Consultant's scope <br />and shall be furnished by others. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.191/Teladata (Agreement For Services) (Page 12 of 14)
