In the interest of expediting the contracting process, below is an overview of <br />several frequently discussed topics to support your review of our agreements. <br /> <br />Description of Terryberry’s Services <br />Terryberry provides technology-enabled recognition and engagement solutions that help organizations celebrate and <br />inspire exceptional performance. Our offerings include: <br />Recognition & Rewards: Configurable SaaS-based system for peer-to-peer recognition, automated <br />service awards, and performance-based incentives. <br />Employee Listening: Survey tools and analytics that help measure and strengthen workplace culture. <br />Health & Wellness: Configurable programs that encourage and gamify both physical and mental <br />wellbeing. <br />Award & Merchandise Fulfillment: A broad catalog of third-party products, merchandise, experiences, <br />and gift cards to reward employees. <br />Symbolic Manufactured Goods: (e.g., rings, pins, trophies, plaques, etc) Physical, custom awardsused <br />to complement the online, digital experience. <br />Our services combine robust technology with experienced program support, ensuring a seamless experience from <br />implementation through ongoing program management. <br />Information Collected or Processed by Terryberry <br />Terryberry processes only the data necessary to provide and support our services. It is important to note that we will <br />never request nor store social security numbers, banking details or any PHI related information. Depending upon <br />program configuration, data stored may include: <br />Basic user details (e.g., name, work email address, employee ID, department) <br />Program participation data (e.g., recognition activity, points earned or awarded, redemption history) <br />Optional information provided by participants (e.g., profile photo, birthday or milestone dates) <br />Terryberry acts as a data processor on behalf of its customers.
